Large Groups (10+ volunteers)

• It is highly recommended that groups with more than 10 individual volunteers, divide the groups into smaller units numbering no more than 10 volunteers per group and schedule them for multiple events:
  
  
1. Shelter Upkeep: 9:00AM-11:00AM
2. Lunch Service:  11:30AM-1:00PM
3. Dinner Service:   4:30PM-6:00PM
   
   
• Large groups with minor-age volunteers (ages 12-17), must include one adult volunteer for every four minor-age volunteers. The number of minor-age volunteers in a single group (except choral performance groups) must not exceed eight (8).
• Children must be at least 12 years old to serve. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted entry into the Mission.
• Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Once registered, any attempt to increase group size must be approved , via email, by the Mission staff at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled service.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the group leader to ensure that all group members have read and agree to the Volunteer Terms Agreement and the Volunteer Requirements.
